Pros and cons of Stark Resistance Band app for iPhone and iPad

Stark Resistance Band app good for

I use the dumbbell and resistance band app every day, and swear by both. The only thing that I would change is in regard to sorting-- you can pick a muscle and see each associated exercise, but I would love to pick the exercise and see the associated muscle groups.
The 20 sum exercises are enough for me, since am beginning. I found it impossible to create and edit customized workouts. Very frustrated, I uninstalled the app. Since I wanted a band exercises app for my phone and pad. I reinstalled and it worked fine. Able to grab and drop exercises into my workout now.
I love this app I will buy more and increasing my reps. My boyfriend is a personal trainer and when we cant workout I use this and I get in just as good a workout. Buy this app already!! This is not a fake review I am a real person and this is my first day using the app. Great job guys!
This app is very easy to use. After creating a new workout program simply drag and drop the specific exercises, then set the number of seconds for the exercise period, rest period and the program automatically tells you what to do. Well done Virual Trainer!
I like the video links and the workouts are shown from different views, so you can see proper positioning. There are a number of muscle groups that can be touched upon with the exercises available. I would like to see more leg exercises, though. An awesome addition would be allowing the user to manipulate a created workout by shifting the exercise order.
Super app! Learned a lot of new exercises. Great for when I cant hit the gym!

Some bad moments

I feel a bit ripped off. Theres mainly upper body exercises and not very many to boot. Sorry I wasted my money, there are better apps with more options.
This does not give you created workouts. You create your own off of a handily of exercises.
The app is $5 and very limited in exercises. Many of the exercises are already well know. It may be more advantageous to just do a resistance band workout from YouTube. I do not consider this money well spent.
This app only gives you 23 exercises and doesnt even cover every muscle group. No workout programs are offered either. Waste of $$$!
It only has 26 exercises which you can find on the Internet. There are no programs already created and there are no exercises for some muscle groups. Worst $6 Ive spent.
I love the voice prompts video quality and customizable workouts. Hopefully you will add more exercises and workouts soon.
